We tailor our approach to each client, finding the most efficient route to producing brilliant copy that serves their individual needs. For this reason, no two copywriting projects are the same. However, for most of our clients we use the following process.
Step 1: We will get in touch to ask you questions about your project and goals. This is so we can produce an accurate quote.
Step 2: When you accept the quote, we will send you an invoice for the 50% deposit.
Step 3: Once we have received the deposit, we will organise an interview time. This usually covers a background on your business and what you hope to achieve through the project, information on your target audience and questions which will be specific to the project. The process will vary project to project. For example, for proofreading projects or those with extensive materials already available, no interview is necessary.
Step 4: We get to work on writing your copy.
Step 5: We include one round of edits for most projects with additional rounds at an hourly rate. This will be in your detailed quote. With copywriting, we generally use track changes and comments for amendments.
Step 6: We send a final copy and when the job is complete, we will invoice you for the final amount.
